The Lace House, from Rocky Mountain Woodcrafts, is made of 3/8" precision cut plywood. It has 8 rooms and is 44 3/4"W  x 29 1/2"D x 32 1/2"H (including chimneys). 

Price quoted is for assembled house as shown with finished exterior; includes doors, windows, and two chimneys. Electricity included.
